- 1 tbsp fresh ginger (grated)
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
- For the marinade:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch

- 1 tsp sesame oil
- For the sauce:
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Marinate beef: Combine beef with marinade ingredients. Let sit 15 minutes while preparing other ingredients.
- Cook noodles: Boil ramen noodles 2 minutes (al dente). Drain, rinse with cold water, and toss with 1 tsp oil to prevent sticking.
- Blanch broccoli: Boil broccoli 1 minute, then shock in ice water. Drain well.
- Make sauce: Whisk together all sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Stir-fry beef: Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok over high heat. Add beef in single layer and sear 1 minute per side. Remove.
- Cook aromatics: Add remaining oil. Stir-fry garlic, ginger, and white parts of green onions 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Combine: Add broccoli and sauce. Cook 1 minute until thickened. Return beef and add noodles. Toss everything together 1-2 minutes until heated through.
- Serve: Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Slice beef when partially frozen for easier thin cuts
- Substitute chicken or tofu for variation
- Add mushrooms or bell peppers for extra vegetables
- For spicier version, add sriracha to sauce
