Ingredients

  • 2 lb Fresh Asparagus
  • 12 oz High-Quality Bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Divide asparagus into 8 equal bundles (about 5-6 spears each).
  3. Wrap each bundle with 1 slice of bacon, starting at the bottom and spiraling upward.
