  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry to about 1/8-inch thick and cut into 4×4 inch squares.
