Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry to about 1/8-inch thick and cut into 4×4 inch squares.
- Combine mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, almond flour, vanilla extract, almond extract, and a pinch of salt in a bowl, mixing until smooth.
