Description
Extra-crispy air fryer chicken tenders with a perfectly seasoned panko crust, ready in just 15 minutes. Kid-friendly and great for meal prep!

- 1 lb chicken tenders (or sliced chicken breast)
- 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- Optional: pinch of cayenne for heat
Instructions
- Prep chicken: Pat tenders dry and season with salt/pepper.
- Breading station: Set up three bowls: 1) flour, 2) eggs, 3) panko mixed with Parmesan and spices.
- Coat: Dredge each tender in flour, dip in egg, then press into panko mixture to adhere.
- Air fry: Lightly spray basket with oil. Arrange tenders in single layer (work in batches if needed). Spray tops with oil. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 6 mins, flip, spray again, cook 4-6 mins more until 165°F (74°C).
- Serve: Immediately with favorite dips.
Notes
- Extra crispy: Use crushed cornflakes instead of panko.
- Gluten-free: Substitute almond flour and GF breadcrumbs.
- Meal prep: Re-crisp in air fryer at 370°F (190°C) for 3 mins.
- For even browning, shake basket halfway through cooking.
