Description

Extra-crispy air fryer chicken tenders with a perfectly seasoned panko crust, ready in just 15 minutes. Kid-friendly and great for meal prep!


Ingredients

    • 1 lb chicken tenders (or sliced chicken breast)
    • 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
    • ½ tsp garlic powder
    • ½ tsp smoked paprika
    • ¼ tsp black pepper
    • ¼ tsp salt

    Instructions

    1. Prep chicken: Pat tenders dry and season with salt/pepper.
    2. Breading station: Set up three bowls: 1) flour, 2) eggs, 3) panko mixed with Parmesan and spices.
    3. Coat: Dredge each tender in flour, dip in egg, then press into panko mixture to adhere.
    4. Air fry: Lightly spray basket with oil. Arrange tenders in single layer (work in batches if needed). Spray tops with oil. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 6 mins, flip, spray again, cook 4-6 mins more until 165°F (74°C).
    5. Serve: Immediately with favorite dips.

    • Extra crispy: Use crushed cornflakes instead of panko.
    • Gluten-free: Substitute almond flour and GF breadcrumbs.
